Short answer: you agree in writing what will be built, it has to pass checks you approved, and every later change follows the same path.

It is not the assistant

Many tools now have an assistant that writes quickly. That is not the difference. The difference is what the assistant works inside.

Nine things you can check for yourself

  1. It reads like your business. Your application is a list of business areas you can name, such as Bookings, Customers and Billing.
  2. Agreement comes first. You get a numbered list of what the application will do. Each item has a Done when sentence.
  3. One source of truth. The checks and the application are built from the specification, so what you read is what gets built.
  4. Changes are proposals. You see each one before it is applied. A proposed removal needs your explicit selection.
  5. A pass cannot be argued. A check passes only when the running application does what was agreed. The assistant’s opinion cannot turn a failure into a pass.
  6. You can try it in plain words. In Stage, add sample records, try what should work and what should be refused, and read what happened.
  7. A history you can show. What was agreed, what changed and when. Versions have names, and you can return to any of them.
  8. Not tied to one AI. AI models come and go. Your specification and your checks stay, and whatever builds the next version still has to pass them.
  9. Any frontend. The backend describes itself in open standards, so your screens can be built in any framework, by you, your team, an agency or an AI coding tool.

Worth staying for

LobLogix is a platform you keep building on. Every change follows the same agreed and checked path, and your specification, checks and history grow with your business.

Designed to be yours

LobLogix is designed for production on infrastructure your company controls, where by default it cannot access your production database. It runs on Google Cloud, any other provider’s virtual machines or your own servers, with standard PostgreSQL and open connection standards, so you can move it without rebuilding. On the business tiers it adds a three-way database cluster, a hot standby cluster and backups restorable to a chosen moment. Going live comes after the alpha. See If you pause your subscription for what continues and what stops.

The limits

LobLogix builds the backend, not the frontend, and it is in alpha. What the alpha includes has the full list.
