Security and compliance, plainly
What protects your account, your work and your records, and what LobLogix does not offer yet.
Last reviewed: 6 October 2026.
This page lists what protects your work in LobLogix, and what LobLogix does not offer yet.
Your account and your work
- Sign-in. Email and password. Passwords need at least 12 characters, and passwords found in known lists of leaked passwords are refused.
- Email confirmation. Every account confirms its email address.
- Company review. A person at LobLogix reviews each new company before its workspace opens.
- Separation. Each company’s work is kept separate from every other company’s.
- Roles. Admins decide who can promote versions, build, deploy and manage the team.
- Attempt limits. Repeated sign-in or reset attempts are slowed down.
- Sessions. You are asked to sign in again after seven days.
Your records
- Trying. Checks run in a separate test space with its own empty records. Preview and Stage each have their own records too.
- Real use, after the alpha. LobLogix is designed for production on infrastructure your company controls, where by default LobLogix cannot access your production database. See Going live on your own infrastructure: how it is designed.
- Backups and high availability. Part of production, on the business tiers. Preview and Stage hold test records and come with no backup.
- The AI and your records. The AI builds from your specification. It does not need your records to do that.
Not offered yet
- Two-step sign-in.
- Single sign-on.
- A formal security certification. LobLogix holds none today: no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no HIPAA arrangement.
- An uptime commitment.
If your purchase requires a certified supplier now, LobLogix is not yet the right choice. We would rather say so than have you find out later.
Sensible use
- Use a password manager.
- Give each colleague their own account. Do not share one.
- Do not put real personal or financial records into Preview or Stage.
