Follow the work on Your Crew
Your Crew shows each piece of agreed work, what needs you, and lets you say when it is finished.
Your Crew is the page that shows each piece of agreed work, whether it needs you, and lets you say when it is finished.
The top line
It tells you where you stand, for example “2 work items need you — everything else is on track.”
The table
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Work item | The piece of agreed work |
| Agreed | When you agreed it |
| Built | How much of it is in the specification |
| Where it stands | Its current state |
| Touched | When it last changed |
Use Needs me, Everything and Parked to filter.
Opening a work item
You see the Scope agreement with its date, and each capability with its Done when sentence and a mark:
- A tick means LobLogix found the capability in your specification.
- A cross means it could not find it there.
This compares your list with the specification. Testing the running application is the job of the checks. See Checks before the build.
Saying it is finished
When everything is in place the item reads ready for you to check. Choose Check it, read the list, then choose It’s finished, Something’s wrong… or Not now.
Work is finished when you say so.
Two more lists
- Saved for later — never counted against you holds what you set aside.
- You said no to holds what you refused. You can bring an item back.
Something you did not ask for
After you apply changes, LobLogix compares your specification with the list you agreed. If it finds a kind of record or a business area that nothing on your list explains, the row is marked built, you didn’t ask, with keep or cut? beside it. The screen says “built”; it means written into your specification.
You also get a note in the conversation, once.
- To keep it, choose Add to the list in that note. It becomes part of your agreement.
- To cut it, ask the assistant to remove it.
This check looks at whole records and business areas. A detail added inside something you agreed, such as one more field or rule, is not flagged here. You see those when you review the proposed changes. See Review proposed changes.
