Signing in and passwords
How to sign in, reset or change your password, and what sign-in options are not available yet.
You sign in with your email address and a password. Other sign-in methods are not available yet.
Signing in
Choose Log in and enter your Email and Password. You stay signed in on that browser for seven days, then LobLogix asks again.
Password rules
- At least 12 characters. A passphrase or a password made by a password manager is safest.
- Passwords that appear in known lists of leaked passwords are refused. Choose a different one.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?
- Enter your email and choose Send Reset Link.
- Open the email and follow the link, then set a new password.
The page shows the same message whether or not the address has an account. This protects your privacy.
Changing your password
Select your picture at the top right to open Profile, then use Change Password. Changing it signs you out everywhere, and you sign in again with the new one.
Not available yet
- Two-step sign-in.
- Single sign-on, social sign-in and passkeys.
- Changing your name or email address yourself.
- Deleting your own account. Contact us to ask for either.
If you are locked out
After several quick attempts you may see Too many requests. Please retry after N seconds. Wait, then try once.
